Samuel Wallis, of Muncy Farms, was a busy guy (he worked as a surveyor and was all over the place) who didn’t actually manage his farm and land; he delegated that job to his brother, John Wallis. Samuel had the stone portion of this house built for John in 1788. It grew sideways: the middle section was built in 1860 and the newest section, furthest to the right was built in 1937. There are definite similarities between this 1937 addition and the 1927 addition to the Muncy Farms Main House, specifically the wall dormers that break the roofline, on the back of this house, and the color scheme. The Brocks owned both houses and I assume would have carried out both renovations so it makes sense that they are similar. You can also clearly see the evolution of this house over time.

Supposedly, there are many stairs in this house and only two bathrooms, both on the second floor.
